Pay No Respect, one of UK's most relentless & hard working names in hardcore. After countless road trips, years of touring around Europe and Asia alike, Pay No Respect hit the studio this summer to record 'Hope For The Hopeless', a four track EP and their first release since 2012 and the first introduction to Pay No Respect as a five piece. With new member and second guitarist Jack Price in tow, this new turning point promises to be more dynamic, louder and heavier than before.
'Hope For The Hopeless' has 3 brand new crushing hardcore anthems and a rework of their 'This World Is Ours' a track which has never been released but it's official video has had over 153,000 views. The EP will be recorded at Hidden Tracks Studios by Oz Craggs (Feed The Rhino, Bass Player) and Artwork will be supplied by 'Too Many Skulls' (Slayer, Machine Head, Earth Crisis)!!
With Pay No Respect just coming of a successful headline European tour and are just about to embark on 'The Hell On Earth' full European tour (with Unearth, Shadows Fall, The Acacia Strain & War Of Ages) as well as countless festival appearances, 2014 promises to bring exciting things for this metal friendly hardcore band who have been sitting quietly in the background waiting to strike!
'Hope For The Hopeless' will be released digitally just prior to 'The Hell On Earth' tour at the end of August backed up by a video for the title track. A vinyl version will be available very soon after.
A full length album is planned for 2015 more information on this later
21st Apr 2017 Sadly Pay No Respect are calling it a day but their are doing one more tour to say goodbye!! 10 years of CHAOS
So the time has inevitably come, as we grow older our priorities have taken over and with a heavy heart, we have decided that as a band we can no longer tour. Our commitments outside of the band have gotten too much for us to keep it in the direction it needs to be. That being said... We will be doing one last run of shows with our new friends in CARBINE.
We would like to send our love and gratitude to anyone and everyone that has ever came to a show, bought a shirt, put us up for the night, fed us, hung with us, put up with us, stage dived, got in trouble with us, laughed with us and has grown with us. We would like to also give a special mention to Luke our original bass player that was with us from day one through to Casp taking the low end, we were always a tight four piece from the start and then also having Jack come on board for the last chapter has been nothing but a bonus for all of the band, us five together has been such a ride! A special shout out to Mark at In At The Deep End Records, James Illsley & the MAD team for booking us and all of our friends behind the scenes past and present for being there and supporting us.
We will also be organising our one last and final ever show, which will be local near our home town in Kent at some point after these dates. We are sorry we couldn't fit any more dates/cities/countries into the final tour, we wish we could play more but we can't. We would love to see as many old (and new) faces we possibly can to make the last run as special as possible, so for one last time we ask you to come hang and party with us!
We'll have a brand-new set for our last run with some real old songs that we probably haven't played in a few years. Please leave a comment with any songs you'd like to hear and we'll try to make it happen! So, here we are. The End. Your Last chance to dance! Let's do this!
10 years of chaos. 10 years of absolute laughter. Thank you,
